1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account at misai8 at any time. Opening more than one account by the same individual, whether using different information or different devices, is a serious violation of these terms.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile phone number and a valid email address.
• Keep your account password confidential and not share your login details with any other party.
• Notify misai8 immediately if there is any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account.
• Update your personal information whenever any changes occur.

misai8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a copy of your identity card or MyKad, bank statement or other supporting documents at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at misai8 are subject to the following limits and procedures:

Payment methods accepted by misai8 include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH). All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under your own misai8 account name.

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following specific conditions:

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Players whose accounts have been closed due to a violation are not eligible to open a new account. If the closure was at the player's own request, the player may contact our support team for further guidance.

9. Limitation of Liability
